Well, Suno’s getting sued from just about every angle. For those of us who use it, it’s certainly getting interesting.

I have my share of crazy stories. This one is pretty cool.

I don’t think I’ll ever stop feeling like I should reiterate here that we are absolutely not attempting to pass ourselves off as performers of this music. (The idea is absurd, honestly, and not just because our style range is so broad.) Our purpose is to write excellent lyrics and house them in the most flattering musical environment for each piece, with the ultimate goal of shopping as many songs as possible to real, live artists who are looking for great songs to record and perform.

As I’ve mentioned many times in my commentary on this site, we use an excellent tool called Suno to bring our lyrics to life. One thing I want to be very clear about is that—although I can play every one of our charts I’ve tried to play, and can sing everything we’ve written—we do not intend and never intended to present ourselves as “artists” in this context…
